The acai berry is a small purple berry from the Amazon forests that is packed full of antioxidants that can improve skin health, may reduce inflammation associated with arthritis, and are associated with the production of cellular energy. These nutrients promote cardiovascular,digestive and muscular health. It is no wonder this popular berry is referred to as a “super fruit.”
